On the EQ Fitness App you can view your account, check out our schedule, and book your classes! We are a collection of unique, state-of-the-art fitness facilities in Southwest Michigan. We offer 24/7 gym access, group fitness classes, and personal & small group training programs. We have a variety of classes, gym membership options, and class packages for area residents and visitors. Our Classes are open to all fitness levels.
