With seamless integration to Epicor Prophet 21 and Epicor Eclipse, Epicor Proof of Delivery will help to improve customer service, settle disputes more effectively and react to discrepancies all in a paperless real time environment.

does the job but…
Would like to take multiple photos. Would prefer the tabs at the bottom are reorganized to reflect the flow of operations left to right with signature being last. More detailed training on P21 configuration regarding Invoice Reports needed. No training in Epicor Learning Center.

The app requires to collect signature and photo twice before it save it correctly
Drivers kick off app
We are having a lot of issues for the drivers are getting kicked out of the app for no reason. They go to process a delivery and it kicks them out and they have to log back in. This is something that takes extra steps and was not happening before the update.
It would also be nice to have a way for it to use Face ID or another authentication to get logged in versus having to type in the username and password each time
