Enya Music 4+

The Enya Smart Guitar has many things that it appears it can do .. but without instructions .. you are left to flounder around . It appears you have a TRRS connection .. what do you do with it ??There is a live stream connection .. what do you do with that ? On the effects .. there are many dials . But what do you do with them ?? I can't really hear anything changing .. and I can't hear delay .. disappointed !!🙁

It should be pretty obvious, but the quality of your experience using the Enya guitar is going to be 100% impacted by the quality of the app. That being said, I wish that the manufacturers would focus more on developing the app since the only way you can control the guitar is with this software. The first thing that I want developers to realize, is that the app is not user-friendly for guitarists, because we cannot adjust the controls and sounds to dial in specific patches, at the same time we are playing guitar. Why is there not a way to be able to modify the sounds and effects, with some type of a cord or tone that doesn’t need to be played at the same time that you’re tweaking things? This seems like a no-brainer. I could go on but I won’t because I’m not even sure anybody will read this review because I’ve already tried to contact customer service multiple times and they never reply to my emails. Great product, crappy software.

App never upgraded, Terrible way effects are adjusted within app because it effects volume of guitar and if you turn any of the effects up past half way it is overdriven which like I said effects the overall volume, so it makes guitar no louder than regular acoustic unless you redline the effects, which then makes it sound overdriven! Since I have owned guitar app has never been upgraded like their Chinese version which has been updated about 30 times! Which does absolutely no good to those who don’t speak and read Chinese! I give app a neg 5 if I could!
