Freezes a lot
The app froze when I went to do my first online appointment and I couldn’t access another plane to request help. Had to delete the app to start over.
Cumbersome
Just started this program and so far the app is cumbersome. There’s no good way to see what appts you have scheduled. None of the info from my initial appt to obtain my measurements has been linked to my profile. The initial questionnaire has no way to modify answers or go back to answers that have been accidentally skipped. If you hit the back button you start all over.
The bugs just won’t go away.
I’ve been using this terribly buggy app for a year, and despite many efforts to fix it the developers just haven’t succeeded.
