EMC Security 4+

I have paid for a service that I am disappointed with. The previous installer performed a much better job. Prior to installation, he consulted with me as to where I wanted the camera position.

The current installer appeared to be ours concerned with finishing the job and moving onto the next job. He left my piece of furniture that he removed in disarray and did not place it back from where he removed it. I am so disappointed. All my security systems are with EMC Security. At both places of residences.

The work performed today is subpar and haphazard.

Was with another large security company for many years. Once the rate increase came I decided to investigate other companies.
EMC was well reviewed and they came out
To speak with us. No hard sell or pressure,
Just we WE wanted. Colton, the service(installer) was great. Respected our house during COVID, answering all our questions. First Class Operation.

This is my second 1 star review because the EMC app still doesn’t load reliably. After clicking on app, I get a “white screen of death”. After closing it out and even rebooting phone … and checking for updates, the EMC app is unreliable as a source to turn on and off the system remotely. Even after having to set off the alarm to gain access (to turn alarm off), I do get the text alerts that alarm went off and then another that alarm was cancelled. When I click on link to either of these texts … NOTHING happens. As much as I thought I liked EMc, I am seriously considering another more reliable company that fixes issues like this. Come on EMC … you can/should do better.
