App is broken does not work

This has been going on for months and I’ve already spoken with their customer service- they seem to have no interest in fixing it, indeed they seem to be relishing, so it’s almost impossible to make a easy payment. When you have to go through these hoops to speak to an agent; when you get the agent and tell them that there is an issue, nothing is done. Can’t wait to transfer this balance and be done with Embark. I do not recommend this credit card or service unless you enjoy spending two hours every month trying to make your payment. They do not seem ethical.

Can’t login

Haven’t been able to login to the app and just get some basic error message. Try to login through the website and that is unsuccessful as well. Can’t monitor my account or make payments. Very inconvenient and frustrating. I have reached out to customer service by email twice since November 30 and it is now December 11. No response from customer service at all. This is the most horrible unprofessional card/business I have ever worked with.

Unable to sign in for months

I have to pay by phone for the second month in a row. The app worked fine at first, which I guess was after the most recent update 4 months ago. My password is saved so it’s definitely not an issue there. I just get the same error message every time. I tried removing and reinstalling the app also. It says it should be compatible with my phone.
