The app promises to be a good tool for aspiring memers, a good outlet for creative expression (through memes, obviously), and to have a usable UI, and it delivers well in these aspects. (It also has a very nice community, but that's just a nice plus.) Perhaps my only complaint are that the video templates have these really vauge names, which can be a headache to find when you don't remember exactly what it's called. For example, one day I was looking for a video of a Key and Peele (?) skit where Obama shakes hands with white people and hugs it out with his fellow African Americans (yes, it's that specific). I thought just searching "Obama" would be enough to pull it up, but apparently the Elsewhere team thought it would be better to name it "Real recognize real." I did manage to find it after trudging through the vast library of videos, but nonetheless I think the titles of clips should henceforth be straight to the point. But beyond this one thing, it's a great app that does what it should.

The concept and usage of this app is very good for new people looking to make memes and save stuff. The tools are helpful and easy to understand. Although there is a small issue with finding certain templates, that’s not what I’m looking to address. For the experienced however, there’s a serious flaw that you’ve heard time and time again. We can’t edit our own videos, which is a big problem. One day, someone new to editing is going to want to take it a step further and edit their own clip with this helpful app, however we are bound to the default templates. Most of us are well aware that you accept “video links” that may or may not be approved of but it would be way less stressful if you just allowed us creators to use our own. As I see it, this is probably the main barrier that is stopping this apps growth. Please fix this. If you can’t fix it, find a better solution other than submitting video links

I got this app a few days ago and been having fun making memes for Instagram. Lots of funny templates and more are added all the time it seems. The only issue I have now is the app will not do its job. By this I mean it keeps crashing. Every time I open it, it crashes. Then when it finally opens and I got to a video, it crashes. Then when I finally get to a video and I try and edit it, it crashes. This is making it unusable and I have already tried reinstalling and the whole rigamarole when someone runs into this problem. Please fix this and I will change my rating because I truly do love the idea of this app.
