Fine but Buggy & Poor Subscription Model
Not the best app, not the worst. The exercises are hit or miss with having examples available and there really should be a functionality for exercise alternatives. Given that I pay an exorbitant amount for my coach already, the subscription model of this app is set up poorly. Being able to add custom foods should be baked into the cost for coaches so their clients have more flexibility with food alternatives since some custom foods are only regionally available. Excited to get off this app and find something better when I’m done with my coach.
Functional but mediocre
Lots of bugs, lousy UX, and terrible customer support. I asked to shut off email notifications for check ins the reply was literally “reach out to your trainer, it’s not that hard” - why do I need to whatsapp or email another person to shut off notifications on an app?? That should be managed on the app itself.
Buggy
Sometimes screen freezes. And I spent a lot of time preparing a workout plan for my client, I saved it but it didn’t update my workout plans. Cancelled the subscription!!
