Mostly great.
No real problems. It took me months to get access to my account on line. I’m not sure what the problem was but it has been taken care of. Now i just gave to figure out how to open my account with my finger print. As for the service they offer I can’t complain. I’m very pleased with their services. Thank you Elan Financial.
Not my response (above), maybe my husband’s. We have been with WesBanco several years and I personally have only good to say about it. The people are nice, helpful and all around easy to work with. The local bank is easy to deal with or talk to about a problem and Elan Financial is only a phone call away if I need extra help. Don’t change a thing WesBanco, it’s good just like it is. Thank you.

Sleek and streamlined and I didn’t have to bumble around just trying to log in. Transactions so easily perused. Passwords so easily accessed. Face ID available. I haven’t made a payment through this app yet but if it goes as seamlessly as this morning’s check did I will give you five stars and raise you five stars more!! Now if you will dust take a payment and process it fast (like in 24 hours) you will be perfect! Thanks so much for this needed upgrade. Wonderful!

Lowered my credit amount
Hello, sorry if I sound frustrated but a few months back my credit allowance was lowered from 10k to 7900. It threw off my credit score from over 700 to under 700. I’ve had the account for quite some time but have used it recently to cover funeral expenses for my son. I have never abused my card and have always made timely payments. I haven’t used it since and have been concentrating on paying it back Dow to a reasonable balance. I’ve never used that much on my card before nor I can’t see it happening again. But u never know. Spur of the moment things arise unexpectedly, as in this case, the funeral of my son. I was very glad I had this card at the time but I’m a bit disenchanted. What would be good is to be reinstated to my original credit amount, which was 10k. Thank You for letting me vent
