Description
Mobile app for EMR vendors to get information about the container, capture the EIRs while inspecting containers and allocate the right containers to bookings. With this app you can:
• Get details of the container being received at the gate and take action of segregating, stacking, etc. in appropriate area
• Record the details of the container being inspected
• Capture damages in a digital format and upload supporting pictures
• Record trucker’s details and capture their signature
• Automatically receive a copy of the EIR as a PDF in your mailbox
• Add a booking and retrieve details of the container that the customer requested
• Scan or enter the container number to verify and allocate the right container to a booking

This update adds a key feature to influence container selection for customer bookings. Highlights include:
New Container Assignment section next to Container Inspection
Depot agents can input booking numbers to retrieve container requests from GCSS
Agents can scan or enter container numbers to verify suitability with relevant alerts
Overview of booking assignments at the depot
Option to override unsuitable container allocation by stating valid reasons
