ECOS: Bitcoin Mining & Wallet 17+

It’s turning into straight trash. Can’t even log into app or desktop to look at my account. Made multiple requests to support. The contracts are 5 years so it doesn’t matter if I log in or not they holding my $1000 anyway. Quit working when bitcoin price dropped and now that it’s doing good can’t log in to see if I’ve even got any money or transactions. 2 factor authentication not working or sending to my email. Straight trash. Use to make a $1 a day. Which wasn’t bad. But they really fell off.

I had the same experience. Support has been worthless. The app showed I had a certain balance about 9 months ago, so I processed
withdrawal then weeks later when I did not receive it. I contacted them and they said there was a bug in the app and that I did not have that much in the account then they never replaced the right amount of BTC and made up some “contrived” story. I finally did get somewhat of a withdrawal, but now I cannot even see any mining increase and Bitcoin is through the roof. I see they respond and have the audacity to say that making false statements of fraud is punishable. Please try to take me to court, I can back up every thing I have said. In fact, I am looking for others to file a class action lawsuit against them. They make the claim they are Government backed, so they need to be aware of the way this company is doing their customers.

Finally, before when I could see it, I was making a couple of dollars a day, but they were taking like 80% of it. Wow, really? An 80% fee? Now, I cannot see anything, so are they taking 100? Bitcoin has doubled and my balance has not moved? Is that not fraud and a scam?

If I could I would give it -negative 5 stars

I do want to believe in this, but they have done nothing to improve, so again not sure if it is a scam, but looks like one and it is their responsibility to prove they are not … still waiting

[UPDATE] Seems like the app is working good on my end and I am able to login now. Yay!!! ^•^ Also I changed my 1 star review to 5 stars review cause they actually do listen to their customers and what they feel and need help with. I would absolutely recommend this app to anyone who is looking for a cloud base service. Thanks once again!!! :)

I would LOVE to use this app but yet I cannot sign in on iPhone. When I enter my login details and press login… my login information just disappears from the screen and have to login and yet not successfully so I’d have to go to the website to login😞 like I say I’d give this 5 stars right away if I can use the app on iPhone but sadly I can’t 😔
