I did not experience what some people in past reviews experienced, of not being able to pair their headphones with the app or not being able to create an account. My issue was with the translation tab in the app. It simply doesn’t work, you can click the button to speak your language, but it does not translate. These ear buds from the TikTok shop work great to listen to music and even for gaming they’re ok. But the language translation is what really sold me, they advertised 45 language real time translation. Honestly I feel a little scammed, this function needs to work, if it is being advertised as such.

They’re not too bad they do work, but it’s not as expected technology these days I would expect I should be able to put it on a setting with a certain language and whatever language they’re speaking, I should be able to understand through my earbuds, but it doesn’t work that way.! you have to set it up a certain way to either they use your phone and you use the earbuds or you record it a little bit through the earbuds or through the phone and then you have to stop recording and listen to it. It’s not as good as it they put it out.!

My husband and I both downloaded the app separately and paired at separate times. It allowed my iPhone 12 to choose a device and paired with no problems. My husband was able to download then app on his iPhone 7 but it never gave the option for him to ad the device in the app. His phone had the most recent update of iOS 18 as well . We can not figure out why the purple “add new device “ button never showed up on his phone . Disappointed as the translation headphones are meant for him.
