Dynamic Signal 17+

Speaking as a sales rep: I typically open up the app at the start of my day to look at company news and check for new articles/infographics/etc. that I can share with customers and prospects. It takes a lot of work off of my shoulders — my company’s own PR team and coworkers find or create great content and post it to Dynamic Signal for the sales team to share with our networks. Within about 10 minutes, I can read through that days’ posts and blast out the relevant articles/videos/etc. on my social media pages. It’d take at least an hour for me to do this on my own. It’s been extraordinarily helpful in passively attracting interest in the products/services I sell. Frankly, I’ve actually learned a lot about the industry while using it.

Additionally, I appreciate that my employer can send my push notifications for urgent things (building closure, change in public transportation). I also feel closer to my coworkers (who are spread out across offices in both the US and EU) because they also post personal stuff... engagements, funny photos, personal achievements, etc. I can also post the app and tag coworkers in my posts like Facebook. It even supports DMs!

I love this product because it means I don’t forget to read important company announcements. As someone who was a management consultant for years, client emails always take precedent before company announcements. I was constantly starring emails with plans to read them later, only to forget. With the Dynamic Signal app, I get a push notification on my phone and can quickly access important information. Gone are the days of forgotten emails!

Installed the app over a month ago and it has crashed upon opening every time. Turned in ticket to support desk and have had very little response, nothing at all in over 2 weeks. Expensive app for companies to invest in especially considering support desk lack of follow through.
