The *NEW* DynamicDrive app helps you monitor your driving habits so you can become a safer driver and help save money on your auto insurance.
This app supports customers of National General, an Allstate company, Direct Auto Insurance and Farmers Union Insurance. It helps you monitor your behind-the-wheel behavior to become a safer driver.
Features:
• Immediate premium savings by joining the DynamicDrive program and activating the app. Start sharing driving insights. You could be eligible for more savings at renewal.
• The app runs in the background and calculates a driving score based on, but not limited to:
o Driving time of day
o Distracted driving due to phone use
o Hard and extreme braking
o Speeding
• Review detailed maps of previous trips to track how often you’re driving, how far you’re driving, and how safely you’re driving.
Setup Instructions:
1. Locate the email from your insurer with your seven-digit activation code.
2. Download and open the app. Enter your activation code to seamlessly connect it to your insurance policy.
3. Make sure to accept any required permissions and your insurer’s terms of service.
4. That’s it! Just drive safely to improve your driving score.

Time of day rating
I honestly don’t have many problems with this app EXCEPT for the fact that I have an 8.4 score because of the time of day I’m traveling.. what do yall expect me to do? drive to work whenever I feel like I want to ? I can’t change my schedule and honestly I don’t think that should matter when rating someone’s driving because if their not getting in accidents during rush hour everyday then there obviously not a bad driver ? Get it together people.
Good idea. Horrible execution.
This app is extremely intrusive into your entire life, no matter what they tell you over the phone… A little
more than just how you drive, and a little too much information than your insurance company needs to know. You absolutely have to have location on at all times and allow them to access your ‘motion and fitness’ at all times. Even when you are not driving. Plus, the app is still extremely faulty: Accusing you of using your phone while driving when you absolutely did not. Either way, this company is extremely sketchy. I’ll be escalating this with the proper people. Don’t bother calling support. They don’t care.

Fraudulent App Data
The app is completely designed to make sure that you pay more for your insurance. It doesn’t matter how you drive. They will bing you for every little thing. There are fake brake stabs that they charge against you. You’re going with the speed of traffic and that’s a violation for them. They are clueless about any city or any type of traffic. And no matter what time of day you drive it’s the wrong time and lowers your score it looks like garbage also. Has zero way to feedback because they don’t care. Border on fraudulent and some Allstate (their owner) is being sued for illegally using this exact type of data chances are it Is actually fraudulent.
