To improve the user experience and make the login process smoother, we have made the following updates:
1. Streamlined Layout: The login screen has been redesigned for a cleaner, more intuitive look, allowing users to quickly locate the fields they need to enter.
2. Introduction of the "Contact Us" Feature:
A new "Contact Us" feature has been added to the homepage to provide residents with immediate access to contact details for facility or helpdesk managers.
Where to Find It: The "Contact Us" section is prominently displayed on the homepage, making it easily accessible from the moment users log in.
Contact Information: The section lists the names, phone numbers, and email addresses of key personnel, including facility managers, helpdesk support, and emergency contact staff.
3. Emergency Access: In case of emergencies, residents can quickly find the appropriate contacts to reach out to, ensuring a faster response time and greater peace of mind.
