City doesn’t respond at

Don’t waste your time with this app - the city will either ignore or close your requests, regardless of whether the task has been completed or even responded to.

The developer did a decent job, but the city doesn’t actually utilize and respond the reports correctly, so it’s not worth the hassle.

It worked. But not satisfactory.

I reported two requests. One was just reporting a traffic sign that needed replacing. No problem. App worked as designed.

I also made an “other” request. The customer service rep responded by message saying it wasn’t the City of Durham’s responsibility, and immediately closed the case. I then tried to comment back asking for resources. But I believe that since the case was marked as closed, my issue was not seen again. So I am either being ignored by the app, or a customer service rep has seen my comment and chosen to ignore me for the last 3 weeks. Either way, the app provides no way for follow-up on a connected case. I would recommend cases be reopened if a client responds to a claim.

Works on my phone

I don't know if they've updated the app since the last people reviewed it or what, but it seems to be launching and working just fine on my iPhone 13 Pro Max running iOS 17.4.1. I'd recommend that people considering the app try downloading it and running it to see if it works on their phones rather than just taking the App Store reviews as being applicable to their situation.
