When I saw how few and bad the reviews were, I got kind of scared. But when my bot arrived and I started using the app, I was totally relieved. If you are anything like me, relax! This is by any means a full-featured, awesome app. You get every control you ever need (or even dreame?). You can even tweak the tiniest details in the workflow. P.S. I just had to write this and support Dreame because it's an awesome company. -- Future suggestions 1. Why are pause and home control above the icon on the dashboard? This is bad UX. Same thing applies to shortcuts and camera. 2. I added a carpet manually. Will the mapping be automatically refined by the bot? What's the use of adding furnitures? These are minor matters that certainly will benefit from more info-sharing. 3. I understand your design thinking. But allowing more settings to be changed when the bot is running could be a good thing. 4. When the robot shares pictures of obstacles, there should be a button to ignore the one I'm viewing if it's wrongly detected. And ignoring obstacles should be possible midway through the process. 5. Give us more info about the cleaning process and what stage the robot is in.

I have a robot L20 upstairs and in the first floor I have them for about 12 months and they working everyday I programmed them at specific time.
I never have any problems with them.
Then I was need help with my lawn to cut the grass and decided to buy A1 lawnmower it was very challenging to make him to work after many trying I contacted the customer service then I followed the instructions about to send my lawnmower to check up. The company take care of the lawnmower they fix some issues. When come back I was available to set up and everything is working good.
Dream is a wonderful thing to have specially with a lot to work on the house dream is a good thing to have and I can say that the amount of money you spend is not much for the magnificent work is doing for my robot L20 I pay 1200 I have it for 12 months if you divide $1200 % 365 day = 3.28 cents that amount is what you paid a day that robot do a good cleaning your house mop, dry and vacuum I really recommend it. That amount is only for the year but my robot still is in perfect condition more years are coming.

Best purchase ever! I got the L10 and I absolutely love it! My new home has tile everywhere and “Erika” (what I named her after my old housekeeper 😊) does all my floors, sweeping and mopping, every morning, so I start the day with a fresh clean home! I had a vacuum robot that recently quit on me after about 12 years that was good but Erika is far superior! She was very reasonable $ (about two weeks pay of my old weekly human Erika!) and does a better job too. No slinging dirty mop water through my house and splashing the baseboards- this Erika washes and dries expertly without leaving a spot of dirty water anywhere. I love the way she mapped my house and now I don’t have to worry about her bumping my furniture or getting stuck all the time like my old robot vacuum did. It’s so easy to empty the dirty and add clean water (much easier than the old robot post cleaning dirt clean out). Even the app is simple and sweet. I highly recommend this brand and specifically this model. Give yourself a break and get a little helper!
