Would rate it zero stars if possible. Why they would discontinue service to an older app and replace it with another one that is not ready to handle eligibility requirements is mind boggling. Dragonfly has been a headache for parents and coaches for years who have been forced to use this program as their state’s eligibility requirement. They must have a great lobbying team filling the pockets of state decision makers who opt to make this their platform. I’m really not surprised this has been a failure just like the previous version. Their website is also known to have many flaws. Complain to your state officials so we can make this go away for good.

When attempting to use this app and search for schools, you press in the search field, and no keyboard pops up. In addition in the top left corner of the screen, you’ll see a constant spinning wheel. I’ve shut down, restarted, uninstalled, reinstalled, and even contacted support for this as well as a web-based issue and all I get told us they can’t replicate the issue on their end yet with multiple devices on my end it’s constantly occurring. Very frustrating.

App is utterly useless. I am a coach in Alabama, and cannot get the app to function in even its most basic purpose. I’m in my 30s. I understand iPhone apps just fine. But regardless of how many times I sign in and out, update, delete and re-download, it doesn’t matter. The app is so riddled with bugs that it has become completely useless. DragonFly, figure out how to make your product work, or you will have a coaches mutiny as everyone pressures AHSAA to drop you.
