Good app with slight improvements , nothing major
The app is well done , giving it 4 stars because when I wanted to view the scan images it said to change the language to en-US , I can’t find the option to change it and I don’t understand the reason to change it to see scan images please advise !

Link to message your doctor doesn’t work
On the surface the app is well done. It is easy to book appointments and select doctors. The icon for ‘contact your doctor’ doesn’t work. Well it appears to let you send messages to your doctor or ask them to call you, but the request are not sent to the doctor. I complained to different doctors that they did not reply to my messages. They all said the same think, ‘ we don’t get them. We do not know where they go, but they don’t get forwarded to us’ . :(. Major FAILURE!

Helpful in Navigating Medical Needs for the Entire Family
I value this app because it helps me organize my entire families’ appointments and medical history. It is much easier to use than calling in to make an appointment. The lab results are posted quickly and I can review the different doctors and their qualifications to make the best selection for us.
