Needs work
I adore their clothing, however the app constantly signs me out, gets rid of favorites, and now I can’t sign back in. It just sits and spins/loads after I enter my email and I don’t even get the chance to type in my password so definitely not user error. I think I’ll stick to ordering off the browser until hopefully some bug fixes are done for the app.
Favorites leaves room for improvement
The favorites feature is one of my favorites and I use it to wishlist items to then narrow down for my cart. It’s a little buggy and the last few times I’ve used the app the Mimic (good one) sweater multiplies in the favorites every time I open it. And an archive list of purchased items to view as a personal closet would be nice when pairing items together for styling.
Favorites Doesn’t Work
Really like the app. However, once you close out of the app anything you saved as a favorite gets deleted. Pretty annoying since I saved a lot of items and it’s a lot of work to go back through all the pages to relocate items you wanted to order in the future. Other than that I haven’t really noticed anything else negative about the app. Love Disturbia!
