Check Internet connection
I used the app a couple months ago and it worked fine. Today I have not been able to login as it keeps saying “check Internet connection”. My connection is working fine and I’m writing this review using the same WiFi connection. Very frustrating and not sure how I will be able to use it

"Smooth and Timely Airport Entry Thanks to DigiYatra and Kartik Gupta’ Assistance"
I recently had to catch a flight from Mumbai T1 and was running late. Kartik Gupta from the DigiYatra team was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process, allowing me to get a quick entry to the airport. Thanks to him, I was able to make it on time! I also learned about DigiYatra through his assistance, and it made my travel experience much smoother. Special thanks to Kartik for his support!

Only accepts Aadhar
Absolutely ridiculous that this app only accepts Aadhar Card as ID. It doesn't accept passport or other government issued IDs. The UI interface is terrible - as if made by a child. I would be very careful using this app as you're uploading your identity information which might get stolen, as this app doesn't seem secure at all.
Indians can become CEOs of top tech companies and create amazing, polished products when they go abroad. However, domestic Indians always end up making such embarrassingly shoddy products. What's up with that?

Dear User, we understand your concerns. Digi Yatra currently requires Aadhaar for registration due to security and verification protocols. However, we are actively working with government departments like Passport and Driving License for future integrations. Also, Digi Yatra follows a Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI) framework, ensuring no central data storage for enhanced privacy and security. Team DYF
