First off I’ve used the service once (today) and that was great. Very friendly prompt and fast. Extremely happy.

App wise it seems pretty good but I did run into a few bugs setting up my first service. I filled out my request for service and once I picked my time gave instructions only then did it say I need to setup an account (sure, I was expecting to happen) I picked the use my iPhone account and did the verification text…. And then it took me back to the homepage. My request was lost. Ok. Not the end of the world I filled everything out again and then it told me I had to setup more of the account setup (I want to say cc setup but that was later) anyway when I was done with this second part it again sent me to the homepage. I filled out the request for a third time and now it asked me to setup CC payment. I filled out my card details clicked save and… it returned me to the page where I had to add a card…. Annoyed I tried adding the card again and it did the same thing. At this point I’m giving up so I hit the back button and then magically my card shows up to select. After that I was able to submit my request and everything went fine.

So ya some buggy initial setup but workable. I plan to use this again as the service was excellent!

I hired 3 companies to mow my lawn before I hired Diem. I had a horrible experience with all 3. I decided to give Diem a try. I hired them at 9:30pm and got a confirmation around 9:45 telling me that they received my order. I wasn’t expecting that since it was already late. Then I get an update at 10:30pm telling me my Diem would be here the next day at 5pm. Wasn’t expecting that either. It took the other companies 3+ days to show up to my house after I hired them. Diem showed up the next day after I contacted them late the night before. This was too good to be true! It wasn’t!!! I didn’t even know they showed up the next day. They were that fast. Not only were they fast.... out of the 4 companies I hired to mow my lawn, Diem by far did the best job. Not even close. Very impressed with this company! Highly recommend. In less than 24 hours from hiring them, my lawn was mowed and it looks awesome. Not using anyone else going forward.

I have rated this service a 1 star, but I’m not happy about it. I wish I can give it zero stars. My daughter is selling her home. The closing is set for tomorrow. We thought it would be nice to hire a service to come in and just put the finishing touch on this home. This home has not been lived in since it went on the market. So it’s actually really clean already. But we want to make sure the people moving in to this house, to have a spotless house they just bought. The two “cleaners” that were sent to this house said they were here for 4 hours. When I stopped by to check, the floor still wasn’t vacuumed, the counter, fridge, oven were actually more dirty then when we cleaned it for showing. It literally look like they took a dirty wet rag to wipe things down. I hate to think what was on that rag. The entry rug was dirty, full of sand and debris. There’s no way that was vacuumed either. I’ll post pictures of what I found if I can. I’ve had to spend three hours cleaning up the mess these “cleaners” left behind. I’m not sure what kind of “vetting processes” that was used to hire these clowns. But it scares me for anything else they have to offer. I will never use this service again. I suggest everyone to use other resources for these types of service. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
