I wouldn’t recommend this app even if i was desperate
Honestly, the customer support is very rude and unprofessional, i asked them about my concern and all they did was state the obvious and tell me to just get a thai bank account. If i had a thai bank account, i wouldn’t need this app. The app doesn’t allow you to top up your balance without a thai ID at the two store outlets they promote and when addressed, they said it’s out of their control and redirects you to use your thai bank account. I recommend trying tour and spend via kasikorn bank or moreta pay.
Disappointing and Unusable
Absolutely terrible app. It’s inconvenient and buggy. And now that it’s turned into a paid service, it’s even worse. It doesn’t deserve to exist in its current state.
