BUG HOT FIX : Messages Details

Please fix this

I really liked the app it worked well and was easy to use. There are two problems I ran into. Firstly, the app completely shut down and would not let me use it after Christmas. I could no longer read my messages and I had a notification stuck on the app all year.
The second problem I ran into is similar, when I tried to open the app this year (during the duration of time you are supposed to be able to open it November-December) it popped up with a screen that says “user not found “. I figured I just needed to reinstall the app so I tried that but to no avail.
I would like to use the app again this year because the website is inconvenient but right now it seems like that will not be happening.

Email problems

Cute Idea, put it on my instagram, made an account. Now it’s Christmas and can’t even log in because it keeps saying check my email. Don’t know if that’s because my email is off in the login or to check my actual email. Either way I did both and there is nothing.

Mandatory payment to see message

For some reason when I try to see some messages it only goes to the "buy hot coffee" page, and no matter how hard I try I cannot find those messages. I understand support is important for developers, but no need to make it this way at all 😅

Update: realized that this is probably an app issue, since even after payment I still can't see the messages. I offer my apology, but I also hope the team gets this issue fixed. The AI ad seemed to have taken my friend's message's place.
