Always an issue

Several times I’ve been kicked off the app and its inconvenient. Can be late at night or when you are in a rush and suddenly you can’t access your own home. Constantly having to reregsiter is frustrating. This time it won’t even allow me to reregister but freezes at the date of birth input. I also can’t login as every time you do it just brings you right back to log in again. I can’t seem to get passed either stage and it is frustrating when your phone is the only access. Now I’m stuck in my apartment and needing to cancel appointments because I’m afraid to leave.

Pathetic

It’s pathetic how as a key friend, everytime your app gets deleted or you get a new phone, you cannot reuse your email in order to log back in as a key friend, it’s an extremely dumb bug and needs to be fixed because it’s impossible to have to make new accounts to be a key friend.

horrific app

Extremely buggy app and does not work half the time. It’s sad that the rental company can get away with it. You cannot opt out of using the app as your key.
