Fail
The hire car part of the app is awful. How can it be so bad? Did the app developer test the app before putting it on the App Store? Do they care? Guessing no to both.
Another example (one of many) of just how little HKR cares about residents.
Terrible
The “hire car” part of this app is hopeless. About 3/4 of my bookings remain “open” for 10 minutes then say “full booking” which translates as no cars available. It causes huge inconvenience and frustration for residents and visitors alike. Shame on you Hong Kong Resorts!!
Hire car is crappy.
Other than publishing the timetable of ferries and buses, the hire car booking service always says Waiting to Arrange or Full Booking. Clearly DB Transport has no intention to provide hire car service at all.
