My instagram account was hacked for a few weeks, i had tried everything i could think of, i saw someone get this app and talk to real love people and agents and multiple people said it is way better than waiting around for emails or progress to be made from the instagram help center. I was a little skeptical but i gave it some time and patience and they showed me every single step and followed up on my progress and were so kind and helpful for helping me get my account back. After only a couple days of trying the steps they told me to, after having my account he hacked and myself kicked off of everything, their steps are what got me to get my account back. All Around this app was amazing and so so so useful.

BUSINESS HOURS?!! NOT RECEIVING HELP

What are your business hours cuz the expert team is not here to support me to my convenience. I downloaded and pay for this app in hopes of recover my instagram account that has been hack for so long just to not receive any help. I am not online 24/7 so whenever I go in the app they’re not there to help me!!! Either they are “away” “will be back in a few hours” “will be back tomorrow” like I don’t have the patience to wait that long just for it to say this message again. With all due respect I understand the reason behind this capricious schedule but it makes me frustrated that I don’t know when I CAN receive support or cannot. Like I really need my instagram account back for business reasons but I am not receiving help at all! If the message says “we will be back on Monday” how do you expect us to know the TIME and be there! I am busy and have work so I need to KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE AVAILABLE SO I COULD GET SUPPORT SOONER!!! PLEASE this is my last RESORT and I Have hope to recover my instagram account! IT WOULD BE SO HELPFUL IF I KNOW THE HOURS and times when experts are going to be online/offline. You can’t just flake on your customers like that and expect them to know the time specifics to your convenience if you DONT TELL US!!! SO PLEASE INFORM ME WHAT TIMES IS SUPPORT AVAILABLE!!! Be SPECIFIC!!!!!

I downloaded different apps trying to look for one that can help me with my iPhone that was targeted in a data breach a few months ago and since I got this app I feel secured to the max. This app is a winner because it protects everything you use on your iPhone. It has great protection method that tracks viruses, your apps, your data and tells you if it finds any malicious malware sites and blocks them directly from your phone. It also informs you if your private data has been used in any other apps without your permission including any purchases made to make sure it was you who made the purchase. It tells you if your phone is connected to any spyware device or any other internet connection you don’t know about. It’s by far the best protection I have been looking for to prevent any hackers or any other connection your not aware of, this app will tell me. It also keeps an eye out on your credit report to keep your credit score in good condition and it will send you a notification if someone else has access to your private account information. Thanks Apple for finally finding this incredible and powerful app protector in your App Store to finally have a peace of mind for all my devices I use!! Thanks again!!
