Love it!!!!!!!
This app right here has some amazing clothes. I haven’t found one thing that I didn’t like. I would like to offer one suggestion tho it would be nice if you guys created a “wishlist” tab so it would be easier to find outfits that we really like instead of having to search through the collections. But other then that I love love this app I hope you guys will start adding shoes to the collection.
Clothes Are Good But the Return Process is Trash
I got the clothes and the fabric felt very nice but two of the 4 items I got I just didn’t like how they looked on me. So I went to the app to try to put in a return but couldn’t find it anywhere. I went on safari and realized you can only put in a return request via email. So I put in a request and it took about 12 hours to be approved which was ok. But when I get the confirmation email it says that I have to prepare the package, purchase a trackable shipping label, AND Original shipping postage will not be reimbursed NOR will the return shipping postage be reimbursed, unless it is your first order, which they will reimburse you up to a maximum amount of $5.95. This app pales in comparison to the other plus size clothing retailers I’ve bought from. I would probably not shop here again just for this terrible return process alone.
Good place to shop
Love shopping here at Curvy Sense. Good quality clothes. I’m unable to use the app. It will not open. Will this be updated or will I have to continue using the website from now on?
