Description
CultureWise™ is the interactive app that puts the Fundamentals System™ from High Performing Culture in the hands of employees across the hall, across town, or across the globe. Users can view a company’s entire set of Fundamentals and access a huge library of learning resources to give them a deeper understanding of each Fundamental.
Version 1.0 modules include:
Weekly Insights — messages from peers about their personal thoughts, views and experiences of the Fundamental of the Week
Fundamental Minute — 60-seconds of insightful thoughts about each Fundamental from Culture Expert, David Friedman
eMinder™ — offering a scenario-based lesson each week with immediate feedback to the user
Coaching Guide — to provide talking points and topics for discussion for each Fundamental
Kudos! — so employees can give a shout-out to their peers for putting Fundamentals into practice in their daily work
QuickTips — Daily messages to help deepen a User’s understanding of the Fundamental of the Week

Great message, difficult app
Love the content and the message of the company and utilize the feedback daily. However, the app is inconsistent, has issues pulling in the data, and may load the same page multiple times unprompted. If the app had a bit more investment this program would be unstoppable.
The content is good, but it is not consistent and difficult to navigate
CultureWise is amazing the continent ideas are awesome. But this app is difficult to navigate. It is inconsistent with what the buttons are titled and what they do. It needs to be simpler and clearer.
The web site works better
This app is strange. Scrolling is blurry and makes me motion sick; everything looks like it’s several design revisions out of date. You’d think they would just build an app around the web site and be done.
So skip the app and save the web site to your Home Screen instead.
