Collecting too many details! Worried on the data security
I thought to give a try for better rates but stopped because of sharing too many details. I don’t know why they need to capture too many details. I understand one way of verification is required and one ID is required.
Connected my bank account via 3rd party app and uploaded my DL and took 3 selfies and verified with OTP and asking to upload utility bills. I never encountered these many details even to open new credit card or bank account. Remitly was simple to signup and use.
The worst money transfer experience ever.
I have made 2 transfers using this app. Both were promise to be completed within 48 business hours. The first one was delayed by 3 business days. It has been over a week since I initiated the 2nd transaction, it is still being processed. The customer service is horrible. The app interface is complete trash. Feel like this is a scam application. Please stay away from using this terrible service. Literally any other money transfer platform is way better than this one.
Good rates, poor website, poor app, and worse customer service
They offer better rates than most but the entire ecosystem is just terrible. Poor app, website, and worse customer service. It is unfortunate that some people with a reasonable following on platforms like LinkedIn are advocating for this product.
