So easy to use! I would give it all 5 stars but wish I could pinch zoom the bid lines so I do not need magnification or to pull up the trip! I go for earlier return I have to tap on each trip to see the time it returns. But I doubt I could go back to ebs

Updated review after years of using. I STILL feel the same way. This is the best, most useful & beneficial app I have. All these reviews bemoaning having to update every month are ridiculous. Do people not understand the updates happen because of compatibility issues with company policies & changes? What a bunch of crybabies. Good golly.
CrewBid is absolutely the best way to bid for Southwest crew members. There is a little bit of a learning curve to get the hang of how everything works, but once the system is learned, there are so many benefits. There are so many filtering and sorting options built in that it’s possible to pull up pretty much limitless combinations of preferences without having to stare for hours at your screen, writing down possible choices and making your brain hurt. This app does the work for you. Bidding has never been easier for me & I get much better lines because of it. The only problem with it as far as I’m concerned, is that I didn’t think of it!

Ok so yes there is an update almost every month..... this WORLD is ever changing EVERY DAY!!! I have been using this app since its inception, and I have never in 22 years got this much pay (pre Corona Virus Of course) on my vacation EVER! And the customer service is AMAZING!!!!! He has called me from wherever in the world as soon as absolutely possible!!! I will never give up my CREWBID! EVER! And the fact that it’s ‘in the family’ old school Southwest Airlines, it doesn’t get any better!! Get over the UPDATES!! It took me 20.5 seconds just now SERIOUSLY!?!? And no I’m never giving out his phone number because I didn’t save it and I don’t have permission BUT if he CAN and not flying an AIRPLANE, he will give you the exact same amazing customer service our company is legendary for!!! You won’t regret this app....awkward the first bid, BUT READ ALL OF THE TIPS AND TUTORIALS AND DONT PANIC LAST MNUTE FROM A HOTEL WITH HORRIBLE INTERNET!!! Anyways....the second month....I honestly don’t know how I lived WITHOUT IT!!! It’s AMAZING and allows a single mom more time with her son!!!
