Description
CounterTEN Scan enables businesses to quickly and securely verify the authenticity and ownership of CounterTEN tickets, loyalty cards, membership cards, and digital identity cards. To use this app, you must have an active business account with CounterTEN, including complete financial setup on our platform. If you haven't created your account yet, please do so by visiting https://app.counterten.com/signup.
Upon launching the CounterTEN Scan app, you'll be prompted to log in and label your location (e.g., Gate 12, Stadium Entrance, Concession Stand), along with providing your name. The app then captures essential data, including geo-location, date and time, and scanned card details, offering valuable insights into event attendance and operations.
