COTW Companion 17+

I recently gave this app a two star review due to a setting I didn’t know existed. I wanted to apologize to the developer for this. This app is a great companion to the game and is quite useful as you make your way through the game.

The game itself can be confusing as it doesn’t readily show which weapon could be used for which animal. You have to go to a certain area to find this information instead of it being displayed in your inventory. It would make the game so much better if the information would be readily available as you’re scrolling through the inventory.

So, this app is the solution until the developer makes the UI a little easier to navigate without having to go through multiple different settings and places within the game to find out which weapon is best used for animals.

This is a great companion to the game and a must download if you already enjoy the game, like I do. There is another companion app, but this one is the best out of both. So if you’re wondering if you chose the correct app, this is the one to get.

Really good app, I would basically say the same stuff here as my other review. I’m glad the app came back, I couldn’t download it for a period of time, then I checked back a few weeks later and it worked and had a different thumbnail. I have been wondering even before it went out though of the “Mission” category (in red) for animals. Why is there only one or two animals in that category on any map? I don’t really know what that means. of course I probably just didn’t play cotw enough lol

Thank you for your review. I am not sure if I know what you mean. But if it is in the 'furs' section, there are few animals with furs that are obtainable only from a certain mission. They are guaranteed and you can only have one of each. These are marked as mission-type furs. Hope this helps.

My only concern with this app is that its too good, it does literally everything for every animal everywhere, it even shows all weapons and callers that are dlc included so you know what your missing out on, all in one place. It realistically has everything you need like the animal organ sorting, to what times they are active and what areas they spawn in, even the most effective lures, and weapons to hunt said animal. Clean ui can keep track of ,hunted animals , load-outs, and what you put in your lodge.
