Mr. America Man ,

Can not pay water bill. Iphone Unsupported

I am a current resident of Pearland and had been paying my water bill through my phone bc of the convenience for about 2 years. Sometime in 2019 the website was “revamped” and now the iphone browser (safari) is not supported.

I downloaded this app because I thought it would be an alternative to pay for my Water bill on the computer and I could just pay through the app. But nope, when I go to pay my bill it opens up in safari and still says it’s unsupported. I don’t know who thought this would be a good idea to make iphones incompatible as it just inconvenieced half of Pearland’s customer base but they really should be working on a fix.

I had called once to inquire about a fix and I got told they will “look into it” but did not hear anything after. So annoyed, why take off a usable feature?!?!
