Description
Connect DeForest allows users to report issues like potholes, water or sewer concerns, park maintenance and more directly to the appropriate DeForest Public Service Department with the simple click of a button.
Using an interactive map to recognize your location, Connect DeForest gives you a menu of common service requests to select from and allows you to upload picture(s) to accompany your request. Requests are then routed to the correct Public Service Department to be addressed in a timely manner, and you can even be notified when the work is complete!
