We’ve been listening to your feedback in the MyCompassion App and are working hard to improve your experience!
Fixes & Improvements:
-Prayer Feature Update: We fixed an issue where the “I Prayed” action wasn’t progressing after a day. You can now track your prayers seamlessly and unlock a special in-app surprise without interruption.
-Sponsor a Child Feed: We resolved a bug that sometimes prevented children from appearing in the “Sponsor a Child” experience, even when they were available.

Ratings and Reviews
Great advocacy tool
While I understand the feelings behind some of the other reviews (I, too, would like to be able to view my children's profiles and write them a letter when I'm thinking of something to say, rather than wait til I get to a computer or have an envelope & stamp), this app is still very useful. As a Compassion Advocate, I'm glad for the opportunity to pull out my phone and show people the pictures of the kids when talking about Compassion, especially when I don't have a child packet with me. The only information required for sponsorship or donations is a name and address or a phone number, no credit card information is required. I would definitely recommend this tool to all advocates with access to the technology!

This new app is much better. I feel like it’s a lot more natural and modern. There are some strange things but I think I just need to get used to it. Excited to explore and try it out. Thank you Compassion for all that you do!
New app is terrible
can we please have the old app back? It was so nice because it immediately pulled up my sponsored child’s information and getting to the point where I could pray the daily prayer was just one click. Now I’m having all kinds of issues logging in. It has lost my child’s information in the app and I’ve had to delete and reinstall the app. Please just bring back the old app.
