Commissary Deli 4+

Great idea but it seems like when you order there is no process to when they make the sandwich. Both times I ordered ahead, I sent my order in 10-15 mins before arriving. Ended up waiting 15 mins after I arrived to get my sandwich and watched people who ordered, at both the kiosk and in person, after I arrived get their food before us. Watched as my online order just sat there as they kept taking other orders first.

Also there is no way to change the cheese or make any comments like adding salt and pepper or oil.

Recommend just ordering when you het there regardless of length to the line because it’ll be faster and you can customize.

I used to be able to use this app, it was pretty straightforward. A lot of the times it would bug out or would take forever to load up a certain section of items, but it was super convenient. Now I can’t even send my order in to the deli, as I get an error message saying that “the API key provided does not have write permissions”. This app needs some serious reworking, I was hoping this issue would be fixed by now; it’s been months.

Man was I excited about this app. I thought to myself finally I can order all the German meats and not have to worry about being in the commissary in person. Well I have messed around playing in this app to see what it would be like to be able to select my German fair and order. Well all I mainly see is Boars Head. If this was the intention to only have the most expensive deli meats available well you succeeded. I know there are more meats available. So why roll out an app with only a small but expensive portion of what is available. Not happy at all.
