Few important things are missing
For a few important things - it says contact the facility by phone. E.g. Can’t change payment card info, my wife unable to log into the app in her phone using the login credentials, tennis clubs only have 25 min and 60 minute options when the facility says nothing has changed in regards to time slots and they still have same availability… , not able to see which courts are booked / available in a given facility etc. The app Upgrade seems counterintuitive… at least for now.
Can I give it a 0???
It tells me to log in with my online credentials. Great, did that and it tells me my credentials are incorrect. I change my password, delete and reload app. Try again. It STILL WON’T log me in. I can log in just fine on the website. I try creating a new log in. Nope, that won’t work either. Give me the freaking card. I don’t want to have to live by an app. Ever.
Works great!
Several reviewers complained about warning messages or other issues. The first time I launched the app, I saw these too. Closing and reopening the app resolved them. Once resolved, I’m able to do everything I would expect in the app, and the UI is far more intuitive than the old app. Thanks for the update, CA!
