Ratings and Reviews
Core Gameplay Remains Despite Visual Upgrades
Revisited this game after the latest update and the visuals are better than ever. Relaxing gameplay and the ads are actually optional (for now anyway).
Note to dev: you added the move counter when you added the option to move a dot back, which made sense, but now that dots can’t move back, the move counter is pointless. Is not moving back a bug?
ads ads ads ads ads ads waste of time
Somewhere around level 290 I realized instead of being able to play 2 or 3 rounds at a time, there were suddenly ads between EVERY LEVEL. Realized it when I noticed I was having to close and re-open the app (to avoid them) far more often, which is infuriating. Keep in mind, each level takes maybe 20 seconds. The ads are upwards of 30, a minute or more, rendering the game useless. It’s a cool concept, this game, but there’s zero time to get absorbed into the game, the logic of the game. ALSO…. after almost 300 rounds you’d think it would get hard, but I’m still working with MAYBE 12 balls in hyper-simplistic patterns. Nothing like the ad (on yet another waste of your time game with endless ads) that interested me in Color Dots and made it look complicated and interesting. It’s a scam to either get you to watch endless ads (so they can make $) or get you to blow subscription money for no ads (which, lets be real, these games will STILL find a way to make you spend more money or waste more of your time on ads even after paying). Oh well… could have been a good thing but ultimately the personal cost is way, WAY too high.
Awesome game!!!
Don’t trust all the bad reviews. This is a great game! I have tons of games on my phone and this is the one I probably play the most. Each level varies in pretty drastically in difficulty so you’re never quite sure what the next level will be like. I love this game!!! To all the others. Please only review the game itself. Don’t simply complain about ads. Ads are advertisements. Advertisements are commercials. Commercials are commerce and commerce is money. They need money to make the game so complaining about ads is just a waste of everyone’s time.
