Needs work

This app needs a lot of work. It is completely silent when you turn off your ring tone. It doesn’t play nicely with the Apple sleep feature completely muting it. I have to turn sleep off so that I am notified. The outcome is that it fails at its only job - notifying me of a message. In addition it logs me out too frequently, and after logging in, doesn’t go to the messages screen. Help!

Major issues with the basic functionality of this app. It doesn’t do the basic task of notifying the on call clinician, and also doesn’t have any of the additional functions they claim to have such as call forwarding. The app doesn’t make a sound notification when a page comes through, sometimes because the app signs you out or inexplicably sometimes the alerts are silent even when phone volume is on max. The only work around is a single phone call form an operator - which might be 2 minutes later, 15 minutes later, or not at all. Unreliable service that makes being on call 100x more stressful because you’re just sitting there worried you will miss the page. What’s the point of a paging app that doesn’t make a peep?

Awful

If I could give this zero stars, I would. We were forced to use this app for our on-call process. It repeatedly signs you out. It often tells me the password that I tried to enter is incorrect(even though I am using the same one as always). It is such an impediment to actually delivering care to patients. I cannot say enough bad things about this. I don’t know who is paying off our system to get them to use this app, but it is absolutely atrocious. We would be better off having carrier pigeons try to deliver messages to us in the middle of the night. if you are a physician, and you have any control over it, please do not fall for using this app. I promise you you will regret it.
