Needs major improvements
The app is no longer loading but from reading other reviews this is a recurring problem for users that clearly has not been resolved.
Also, I am unable to reschedule through the app as all appointments are prescheduled and you are not allowed to go over your monthly allotment. It would be better if each date had a reschedule or cancel option so that parents can manage their children’s schedules through the app. In the meantime, I have to email my local dojo directly (which is fine but the other way would be much more preferable).
Lastly, this has nothing to do with the developer but the use of the app by the dojo team. My child’s progress is never current in the app. I still have to ask after each class: 1) what was worked on; 2) where is he at in the program; 3) what skills is he
working on; etc.
All the above issues render the app useless for me.
Auto scheduling wastes appointments
When scheduling slots it is set to automatically schedule the same slot forever. The button to deselect this isn’t seen unless you scroll down. 2 weeks into the month it says all our appointments are used up because we had multiple auto scheduled appointments that we weren’t aware of.
