Club One Vegas 17+

Totally broken and they have done nothing to fix!

My wife and I have had Club One memberships almost since the day Circa opened. Since then, this app only worked in the beginning and has been corrupted ever since. I have deleted it and reinstalled it multiple times. Each time something else doesn’t work. At this point, when you click on the app, it starts to open but then disappears. Don’t use the app. Go to their website!!

Can’t See Most Important Information

This app shows the general information about each casino, where to eat, etc. I am able to login to my account, but cannot see what truly matters: comps, free slot play, offers, etc. Will keep it on my phone for my upcoming trip for the sole purpose of finding restaurants. After that, I will probably delete it because it doesn’t provide what I am looking for in an app.

Once you've logged into your account, click the ^ (up arrow) icon above the bottom menu, which pops up the full menu. From there select "Player Account" to see your points. Free slot play is $1 per 100 points. Comps and Offers will be shown in the near future.

We continue to add new features and would like to thank you for pointing out areas for improvement in the app.

Broken

I’m trying to set up and link an account I signed up for in person and the select a birth date option is all broken. Even when I figured out how to workaround the problem, it said an error occurred and wouldn’t let me link accounts. Their desktop website is even worse, so there is virtually no way to manage my player account.
