Club Life - Gym Membership 4+

I downloaded the app because it looks really neat. I clicked on the "create an account" button and proceed to enter my last name and my barcode number, only to get an error that says "you have already registered, click on forgot my password." I thought this was weird since the app is brand new and I hadn't downloaded it before. I went to the "forgot my password" section and I entered my details and it told me that my barcode was not registered yet. So I enter my barcode and the app tells me I'm registered, and then I click forgot my password and then the app says I'm not registered. Makes total sense right? Made the app unusable because I couldn't make it past the first sign in screen.

Classes close too early in app— members can’t register after the class start time. Needs to be open at least 90 minutes past start time (30 min past class end time) to give instructors time to log attendees from app who fail to register or members a chance to register after class starts if they forgot.

Can’t remove/unregister members after class start time either. This should also be at least 90 minutes to allow us time to make accurate.

Can’t add non home gym members to class in app. When trying to add member to another location’s schedule that isn’t the member’s home club, the member doesn’t exist when searching.

When using the app and switching between member and employee, it loses the filter by location in Schedules for the member section. It would be helpful when joining other classes to retain filter settings for easier navigation.

We have been asked to add a manual count in “Notes” for classes. Please add a “Count” entry box somewhere for easily tracking this and being able to export attendance on demand when needed.

When typing text anywhere in the Club Life iOS app in dark mode, the last character of what you’re typing remains fully highlighted, so you can’t tell if the last character is correct or not before sending. You must add a space at the end to move the highlighted character one more space to right space to see if typed text is accurate.

I am a single mother and I thought if I had canceled that I would not continue to be charged however I canceled and they will continue to bill me until it goes to collections so I would suggest going to planet fitness because they do not keep a contract on you like that. This was due to negligence on their part because the person I requested to cancel my subscription did not
