Need to add ‘reschedule’ for appointments instead of cancelling and again rebooking. So that we can avoid double payment.
Overall app experience is good but need more weekly twin babies info too!!!
Pathetic application.
The app never returns from the payment confirmation screen. The app support team never responds to any queries.
I was asked to cancel and rebook appointment twice. No communication on the refund.
