Cloud Dentistry 17+

I love the Cloud. This year was crazy - some family health problems, my own surgery, and other events that required my time and attention. Temping allowed me to schedule around events. I am able to select when and where I work. I can choose the practices I would like to temp for and return to and which to exclude. I can choose what type practices I would like to temp for (perio) and which I can pass on (pedio). The cloud allows me to make these choices for myself through the app and to be direct deposit paid so no time spent collecting. I have been a hygienist for 30 years and temped on my days off for most of those. The cloud puts the need for most temp agencies to rest. I also feel the reviews and frequency of temping puts you to the top of the available list and can keep you busy where you can make a good living earning $5-10/hr more working the schedule that works for you.

Cloud is the best! I love the fact that I can easily set my own schedule, message offices, set my own rate (and adjust as needed), amongst so much more! The customer service is also fantastic. You can either email, or set a call time and they always try to help you out as much as possible. The flexibility in dropping shifts if needed (within the allotted time frame), and not being docked is also huge. Life happens and I appreciate that cloud understands that. If you want to pick up a shift you can also opt for emails and texts to be sent to you so you have the opportunity to pick them up. I can’t say enough good things! This will always be my #1 temping app!

I have been temping through cloud for 5 months now and have recently been coming across issues with offices canceling shifts 3 days before or releasing me early because their schedule fell apart. Cloud dentistry lists that they have a guarantee pay policy for early releases but gave me a hard time when I tried to get the pay after being released more than 4 hours early from a shift. An office also canceled on me 3 days before my shift and there was no penalty for them, they only have to pay you if they cancel within 24 hours before your shift. However, no matter how far in advance you cancel a shift your profile score will be docked 10 points! How is this fair? I suggest sticking to other temping apps such as GoTu that hold their offices to a higher standard and must pay you if they cancel within 3 days of your shift, you also don’t have to jump through hoops to get your full day pay if you’re released early.
