UI glitches

I have used Clockify for many years and overall I like it. However, recently I've been frustrated by UI glitches in the MacOS app. Specifically, if the timer window has been out of focus for a while, the fields freezes up and I cannot edit any of the details for the current timer (eg. description, project, tags,...) without closing the timer and reopening it using (Bring to Front) from the taskbar. I would really like this to be improved because it really makes it a pain to edit the timer and has been happening more frequently.

Essential Time Tracker of Mac and iOS

I've been using Clockify for years and find it indispensable for my consulting business, where tracking time is crucial. As a single user, I appreciate how intuitive it is for managing hours on client projects. The developers consistently release updates and improvements, which I value. It’s the best solution I’ve found for both desktop and mobile. I’m surprised by some of the complaints and low ratings—it seems like user error is often to blame rather than the app itself. I highly recommend Clockify and have no affiliation with the company—just a satisfied user.

Great Little App & Responsive Tech Support

The place I work for uses a bizantine timekeeping system. I'm supposed to track my work in 15-minute increments, which was nearly impossible with the work-provided app. Stumbled upon Clockify and am thrilled. It lets me tally up the time spent on specific projects, graph my hours based upon project, type or work, or other factors. And it's free. Honestly, as an individual user, I would even pay a couple bucks a month for this. But these guys are generous enough to make those of us that are just trying to get through life using the terrible work-provided apps a break. Thanks, guys!
