Description

For environmental conditions to remain supportive, every person on the planet should emit under 3 tonnes of CO2 per year according to the studies of climate researcher, Mike Berners-Lee. For the average American, this is almost a 90% reduction.

This is a daunting prospect whichever way you look at it. We believe in breaking down long term goals & numbers to inspire daily action. We believe in hope, fun & the power of games. We want to show you how small steps can have a significant impact.

To start, pick an ambitious yearly goal or just one habit & start reducing where it’s easiest for you. Even the smallest success is rewarded & will inspire hope to continue.

Start saving the planet today, game on!

So the foundation of this little game is really great, and I love where it’s going. It’s good looking, pleasant to use, and super simple.

There are a few places where we’re missing simple opportunities. For example when entering utility information you just enter the date and quantity of power used, which counts against you. But I use 100% renewable energy sources, which should have a lesser calculated impact only for the production of the wind & solar farms that produce my energy.

I’d also love to see an “I recycle” (input material here) option. To show the reduction from recycling plastic, paper, and glass.

I look forward to and update soon.
