Clearooms is an easy way to secure your meeting room and ensure it’s yours. Integrate the meeting room booking software with your Outlook or GSuite calendar and have clear room availability displayed beautifully on any device outside each meeting room in your office. Customise the app to fit seamlessly with your brand, or customise each meeting to welcome and impress your clients.

CONTACTLESS MEETING BOOKING: Activate this feature to be able to scan a QR code on the app with your own device and continue using Clearooms without having to touch a shared tablet.

FULL CALENDAR INTEGRATION: Clearooms will fully integrate with Outlook and GSuite. Continue to book meeting rooms in your usual way, or use the Clearooms calendar to schedule meetings in the portal.

CUSTOMISE IT YOUR WAY: Brand individual meetings to give your clients an impressive welcome, or brand departmental meetings to make it clear who’s in the meeting room and when. Add your company branding to the app for a seamless new addition to the office, or add room names to each device so new staff and visitors know exactly where they need to be.

ADHOC Meetings: Simply choose the length of time you need the room for, and walk straight in to begin your meeting. No need to go back to your desk to secure it.

PRIVATE MEETINGS: If a private meeting is booked within your calendar, the integration will ensure it remains so on the Clearooms app display. The details of a private meeting will remain confidential, only the time the room has been booked for will be shown.

REAL TIME SCHEDULING: The Clearooms app will instantly update with any new bookings in your calendar or changes made in the portal, keeping you on track with the latest resource availability.

DISPLAY ONLY MODE: Ensure your devices can only be used to show the Clearooms app by selecting display only mode. Keep your room availability on display at all times.

CHECK OTHER ROOM AVAILABILITY: If you’re hoping to walk into a room but it’s busy, easily check the availability of other meeting rooms from the app

ECO-FRIENDLY MODE: Set your office working hours in the portal so the Clearooms app will only show on your devices when you need it to, saving power and helping to prevent screen burn.

AUTOMATED ROOM RELEASE: Check-in on the app within a set timeframe to confirm your meeting. If no-one taps, the room is automatically released for others to use, no more wasted meeting rooms.

NEVER RUN OUT OF BATTERY: When your device reaches a low battery level, you’ll get a message on Slack to let you know. Keep Clearooms on display at all times and don’t let your devices run out of charge unnoticed.
