Description

Directly report non-emergency public safety and maintenance concerns occurring in the Downtown Denver area. Message directly with the Clean and Safe team to Identify maintenance and safety concerns like overflowing trash cans, graffiti on public property, and public safety concerns. This app does not connect you with the Denver Police Department. This is not a replacement for 911 and the non-emergency number.

Through this app, you can describe a concern, location of an incident, and include photos of a service request. The Clean and Safe Program covers the Business Improvement District for the 120 blocks of Downtown Denver. These areas include LoDo, Upper Downtown, and the Convention Center corridor.

Union Station Not Included

Applaud the effort, but they reject reports having to do with Union Station, which has become ground zero for unclean and unsafe in Denver. Apparently someone else’s problem.

Great response time!

This app is great for reporting both cleanliness issues and non-emergency safety issues with the core of downtown Denver.

I reported graffiti and it was gone within 24 hours. This app is managed by the downtown Denver Business Improvement District, so it’s important to note that they don’t handle everything. Reports submitted outside of their boundary or on private property will be rejected. If you add an email address, they send a lovely response about why the issue was not handled. I wish every city had this app!

During a recent city meeting this app was mentioned which was exciting as I think it’s a great idea and something that’s truest needed- I often have no idea who I can possibly call to report non-emergency situations and so forth. Unfortunately, I have attempted to use this app on several occasions and it has never worked. Pretty disappointed.
