App Unusable, Crashes Every Time
I am in Santander and the app crashes every time I select the city from the cities menu. A user reported a similar problem with Seville nine months ago (December 22, now August 23). Shame on the company and the developer for failing to address the issue! I’d rate the app zero stars but Apple won’t let me go below the undeserved one star of this review.
You need to be connected to a Wi-Fi
I’m not sure why but for this app to download all required info for the city you’re in, you need to be connected to a Wi-Fi router, otherwise if using your cellphone service, it will crush once reaching the fourth step.
I tried multiple times while on the bus with no success. Once I connected to a Wi-Fi at one of the bars close to a stop, it downloaded everything it needed in a second!
Horrible!
As others said, this simply does not work. If you aren’t on WiFi, it gives an error message that you need internet. Using a VPN will get you past this and start downloading the city, but as others said, it doesn’t matter… The app just crashes before doing anything.
